India has separated into some sub categories and it administrative by the Indian government. states are separated by their culture,language and some other factors.but they all are in one nation.
These states vary in size, population, languages spoken, cultural practices, and geographical features. Each state has its own capital city and administrative system, headed by a Chief Minister. The states have their legislatures and are responsible for local governance and development . In India there are 28 states .
